  • Gauge is unsuitable – Use the correct gauge
  • There may be a loose pipe fitting causing an external leak. Check and tighten all fittings
  • Repair the float valve if it does not close
  • The oil is contaminated or unsuitable, a clogged oil filter is clogged or the oil lines are clogged – Change the oil, replace the filters, or clean the oil line and casing to ensure adequate lubrication.
  • Cleaning the vacuum lines is necessary if vacuum lines are dirty
  • Low pump capacity – Be sure the pump can handle the required load, and replace it if needed

  • There is a clogged dirt trap in the intake port. Clean the dirt trap. Inspect the intake line for dust filters.
  • Install new filter elements if the exhaust filter is clogged
  • Use adequate wide and short connecting lines to prevent connecting lines from being too narrow or too long
  • There is a problem opening the anti-suck back valve – check the free length of the spring.
  • The pressure in the system rises too quickly after switching off the pump under the vacuum
  • It is necessary to check the system for leaks
  • Repair the anti-suck back valve if it is malfunctioning.
